Job Requirements:

• Minimum two years of hospitality experience is essential

  
  

• Proficiency in English and second European language

  
  

• Excellent knowledge of PMS systems (preferably MEWS) and Extranets

  
  

• Responsibility, professional attitude and appearance

  
  

• Organisational and administration skills

  
  

• Proactive attitude, flexibility and multitasking

  
  

Job tasks:

• Being first point of contact for the guests, efficiently handling guests’ requests

  
  

• Checking-In and Checking-Out procedures

  
  

• Receiving and handling reservations

  
  

• Handling incoming phone calls

  
  

• Dealing with guests’ complaints

  
  

• Handle front office administration

  
  

• Coordinating tasks of breakfast and housekeeping departments

• Shift hours 07:00 - 15:00 and 15:00 - 23:00 including weekends

  
  

• Hour rate: from €16 plus 8% based on worked hours monthly holiday allowance
