What we are looking for:


We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, and bright colleague to join our front office team. You are spontaneous and guest service comes naturally to you.


As front office agent, you are the first smile for the guest to see! Your main responsibilities include assisting guests with check-in and check-out, processing guest payments, making reservations, handling phone calls, and other administrative tasks. You are also responsible for ensuring that guests feel right at home during their stay, answer any inquiries before, during, and after their visit. Additionally, you will need to communicate and coordinate effectively with all departments in the hotel.

Citadines Sloterdijk is an Ascott brand franchise hotel, part of the WIN Hotels Group, which is a family business hospitality group that owns three-star hotels, four-star luxury and business hotels, aparthotels, boutique, and lifestyle hotels in Amsterdam.


We are a cluster location, located in the same building of our sister hotel Mercure Sloterdijk, and together we are an international team, with 21 different nationalities.


Citadines Sloterdijk is a four-star aparthotel, for both business and leisure guests, and guests can stay with us for a minimum of 7 nights. It is located just a few minutes’ walk from the train station of Amsterdam Sloterdijk. It has a total of 48 rooms, 42 modern one-bedroom apartments and 6 studios. All the rooms are fully furnished, with a comfortable bedroom, a spacious bathroom with shower, a living area and with a fully equipped kitchen. Due to our long stay concept, we also attract expats which are relocated in Amsterdam just for a few months project and that stay with us from one month to six months.


You are:


  • Passionate about hospitality and Front Office


  • Have preferably experience in a similar role


  • Able to work independently


  • Flexible and available to work mornings, evenings/weekends, public holidays


  • Positive attitude and commitment to delivering high levels of customer service


  • Proficient in both spoken and written English, any other languages is a plus


  • Experience with Mews systems is a plus

Citadines Sloterdijk Station Amsterdam ligt op slechts 200 meter van station Amsterdam Sloterdijk, en is dus ideaal gelegen voor een bezoek aan het centrum van Amsterdam of Haarlem. Ook de luchthaven Schiphol en bijvoorbeeld de RAI zijn in slechts 10 minuten per trein bereikbaar. Het complex heeft 48 “longstay” 2-kamer appartementen. Op de bovenste verdieping van het naastgelegen Mercure Hotel Amsterdam Sloterdijk Station, de 8e etage, is een fantastische sky lounge restaurant en bar, waar plaats geboden wordt aan ongeveer 120 bar- en restaurantgasten. Tevens kunnen de gasten gebruik maken van een luxe fitness en er zijn vergader faciliteiten.
