As Chef de Partie, you'll oversee a specific area of the kitchen and deliver dishes that meet our standards. You'll organize preparation, monitor timing, and support the team during busy periods. Your role is key to maintaining efficiency and excellence.

Responsibilities
⦁ Support your section and assist in preparing dishes to the highest standards.
⦁ Manage mise en place, maintain hygiene, and help during service to keep operations smooth.
⦁ Apply techniques accurately, balancing speed with quality and presentation.
⦁ Monitor stock levels and maintain organisation.
⦁ Uphold hygiene and allergen protocols diligently across shifts.

Essential Requirements
⦁ Experience as a Demi-Chef de Partie or similar foundation role in buffet style or Banqueting Kitchen
⦁ Strong organisation, timing and communication skills.
⦁ Eligible to work in the Netherlands.
⦁ Fluent in English.
Preferred Requirements
⦁ Exposure to multiple stations and contemporary techniques.
⦁ Interest in local sourcing and seasonal menu features
⦁ Food Safety or SVH certification

This role is paid according to the Horeca CAO. Salary is aligned to the applicable scale and includes tips and benefits.

Over Park Plaza Eindhoven

In 1989 is het allereerste Park Plaza hotel geopend in Eindhoven. Park Plaza Eindhoven ligt in het hart van de stad en op slechts 10 minuten lopen van het Centraal Station.
