Brand Content Marketing Intern

As a Brand Content Marketing Intern, you support the delivery of engaging and on-brand content across multiple platforms, contributing to brand visibility and guest engagement. Working closely with the marketing team, you gain hands-on experience in content creation, digital marketing, and campaign execution while supporting both strategic projects and day-to-day operations. This internship is available from September 2026 and offers a full-time learning experience for a minimum of 6 months, aligned with your study requirements. Responsibilities * Coordinate and implement content updates on content management systems * Support the creation and planning of social media calendars and posts * Create engaging website and digital content aligned with brand guidelines * Conduct competitor research and support trend analysis * Upload blog articles and assist with content publishing * Monitor and update imagery in line with seasonal campaigns * Design and create social media assets using Canva or Photoshop * Support the creation of landing pages for brand-led initiatives * Contribute to campaign planning, brainstorming sessions, and activations * Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure content needs are met * Support the wider marketing team with ad hoc requests Essential Requirements * Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree programme, preferably in marketing, hospitality, or a related field * Strong communication skills in English, written and spoken * Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively * Creative mindset with strong attention to detail * Interest in content creation, branding, and digital marketing * Eligible to complete an internship in the Netherlands Preferred Requirements * Understanding of brand and digital marketing techniques * Experience with Canva, Adobe InDesign, or Photoshop * Analytical mindset with interest in data and performance tracking * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively * Passion for hospitality and storytelling Your Benefits and Perks * Tasty and healthy meal during your shift * Discounted hotel rates including Radisson Hotel Group worldwide and family and friends * 50% food and beverage discount at our restaurants and bars * Exclusive discounts via personeelsvoordeelwinkel.nl * Great learning and development opportunities * Career growth opportunities across PPHE Hotel Group Europe * Annual company parties and outings * Time to work on school assignments or thesis We provide a monthly allowance of €750, exceeding Horeca CAO (BOL) guidelines, with full coverage of job-related expenses.
